1.What grade of material are used for radiator head plate?
Right now the material of radiator head plate are 7072/3003/4343 grade composite material.This material is hydrophilic and anti-corrosion, easy to weld.
2.How to identify the good quality head plate?
Good head plate has less burr,average tolerance, same TAB height, uniform punching size, smooth surface, standard size, high precision match with the tank.
